2. Purpose of the website

This website presents NoHold Checkout, software that gives Shopify stores an alternative checkout whose payments are processed by Whop in the merchant's own Whop account, and gives merchants access to their dashboard. The service is intended for businesses, not consumers. Its use is governed by the Terms of Service.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith. You must not try to access areas or accounts without authorisation, interfere with the website's operation or security, or introduce malicious code.

4. Intellectual property

The website, the software, its design, texts, graphics, logos and the NoHold Checkout name belong to Miranda Network, S.L. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or transform them without our written permission, except as needed to use the service.

Shopify, Whop, Stripe, Meta, TikTok, Google and other third-party names and logos belong to their owners. They are shown only to identify the integrations the service works with and do not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

6. Personal data and cookies

How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.

7. Applicable law and courts

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute with businesses, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granadilla de Abona (Spain). This does not affect any right a consumer may have under the law to bring a claim before the courts of their own domicile.
